On 10-30-09 just after midnight, Officers Ian Fleming and Mike LaVallee responded to the area of Cumberland Farms on Hanover St. A witness pointed out a male subject nearby and reported that the man had exposed himself and then attempted to urinate on a building. Manchester Police are invesitgating a hit and run accident that occured sometime between 11:00pm on 10-29-09 and 1:00am on 10-30-09. The accident happened on Elm St. at Sagamore St. A car struck a utility pole which had to be replaced by PSNH.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Manchester Police Traffic Division, 668-8711 EXT 347.

On 10-29-09, at approximately 0945, a Memorial High School student reported she was walking from her vehicle parked on Grey St. to the school. While in the area of S. Porter St., between Cambridge Circle and Roysan St., a vehicle she described as a small red pick up truck pulled up next to her as she was walking southerly. The driver was described as a white male, in his 50’s, approximately 5’ 10” and thin. He had short brown hair with some grey hair, and a full beard.. The subject was described a wearing a blue T-shirt and jeans.
The student reports that as she is walking the subject yelled out the window and said come with me. She stated no and continued to walk at which time he pulled the vehicle over and exited.
