Meter Hood Rental and Pay & Display Dashboard Permits

Meter Hood Rentals and Pay & Display Dashboard permits are available from the Parking Division. If you would like information regarding rentals, read the guidelines below, and, if interested, contact the Parking Division at (603)624-6580.

Guidelines

The fee for a reserved parking space in the area of a Pay & Display meter or a single head meter is $15.00 per day. Requests for reserved parking spaces are handled at the City of Manchester's Parking Division, 25 Vine St.  Fees must be prepaid in our office by cash or check.  Upon receipt of payment, a permit and/or meter bag  will be issued for each space reserved and must be displayed on any vehicle or the meter head parked in each space at all times. Reserved parking spaces at Pay & Display Meters and single head meters shall only be issued for commercial use. Reserved parking spaces shall not be used for passenger vehicles. Reserved parking spaces may only be used Monday-Friday 6apm-8pm. IT IS THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO RESERVE THE PARKING SPACE, WHICH MUST BE NO LONGER THAN 18 FEET. Any area reserved in excess of 18 feet without additional permits will be subject to citation.
