Cardholders with more than $10.00 of fines on their cards will lose their borrowing privileges until their fines have been paid.

The Manchester City Library lends books, magazines, CDs, books on tape, books on CD, CD-ROMS,  DVDs and framed prints.
Loan periods, renewal periods and overdue fees are as follows:

Library cards are available to anyone living, working full-time, attending school, or owning property in Manchester. Visit either the Main Library or the West Library with your proof of eligibility to recieve a card. You may begin the registration process online, and finalize it by showing your proof and recieving your card when you visit the library.

Any circulating item in the library collection may be reserved by a library cardholder. Reserves can be placed at the library, over the phone, or though the library’s automation system.
