OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR HEALTH AND DENTAL
(RETIREES UNDER 65 only)
An Anthem representative will be at the meeting to discuss the changes in the plans and to go over the High Deductible Health Plan. Also, a representative from Citizens bank will be there to discuss the Health Savings account that retirees can open if they are in a High Deductible Health Plan. Please do try to attend!
Keep a lookout in the mail for your Open Enrollment lettters which were mailed out on Friday May 11, 2012.
