The Manchester City Library hosts offices for the Learn to Read/ProLiteracy America program. Elizabeth Sabol directs this program; her assistant is Gwen Brown. They can be reached at (603)624-6550 x330. They maintain office hours on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
