City Payments and Account Information
As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the City of Manchester, NH has partnered with Official Payments Corp.® and EB2GOV® to offer payment of parking tickets, sewer and water bills, and vehicle registration renewals over the Internet.
Vehicle Registration Renewals: 
Electronic Checks are accepted over the Internet for vehicle registration renewals.
EB2GOV®, the vehicle registration renewals service provider, charges a $1.50 convenience fee for each vehicle processed, plus a transaction fee of $.35 for payment processing.
Parking Ticket Payments: 
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit and debit cards are accepted for parking tickets over the Internet only.
Please note:
If viewing account balances online, please allow up to four business days for online payments to be reflected on your account.
Sewer and Water
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit and debit cards, and electronic checks are accepted for sewer and water bills both over the Internet and by phone.
Official Payments Corp.®, the water and sewer bills service provider, charges a $3.00 convenience fee for payment processing.
Please note:
Water and sewer bill online payments are limited to residential customers only.
If viewing account balances online, please allow up to four business days for online payments to be reflected on your account.
