A building wide lighting retrofit project has just been completed in the Carpenter Library.  This project involved over 800 fixture retrofits of the existing lamps and ballasts which were replaced with new high efficiency T-8 lamps and ballasts, LED, and compact fluorescent lamps. The annual projected savings from this project is $12,800 and will provide a simple payback of 4.6 years with the PSNH rebates are included.
