Cat Alley, located off 836 Elm Street (next to Lala's Hungarian Pastry), features murals by participants in the Majestic Theatre's CATS contest and Manchester volunteers. Artists include Peter Noonan, Dei Xhrist, Emily Drouin, Peg Lipin, and several others. It was organized in part by Anthony Williams during his time as an Art Commissioner.
