The Mayor's Honor Roll is a listing of current community leaders who have recently sponsored City cultural programs such as Art on the Wall @ City Hall, Manchester Artists Association galleries, and Open Doors Manchester/Trolley Tour, making it possible to sustain the Manchester Art Fund as a source for public art in Manchester.
The Manchester Art Fund was established by the Board of Mayor and Alderman in December, 2002. The Art Fund is a non-lapsing fund designated strictly for public art, to which like-minded individuals, business and organizations may make contributions. It will ensure that such a vision becomes a reality. The Art Fund is certainly a grand legacy for future generations, while it enhances the quality of life in the present.
