In partnership with the Manchester School Department, Officer Paul Rondeau has begun the department’s campaign to educate students and parents on the subject of bullying and the means to recognize and prevent bullying in city schools.  He is expected to deliver his message to as many as 16,000 students and a number of school department employees who have not yet taken part in a similar program.  A good example of the latter group would be all city school bus drivers who received the training in December 2010.&
