On 08-28-09 around 6:53pm, Manchester Police investigated a report of an attempted Robbery in the area of Wilson St. and Valley St. The officers located the victim and witnesses. The victim is a 15 year old juvenile who reported two suspects speaking Spanish approached him as he was walking in the area. The suspects started to punch him in the head and body. The second suspect pulled out a pocket knife and lunged at the victim
