On 03-25-09 at approximately 8:15pm Manchester Police Officers responded to 71 Bow St. for a dog bite complaint. The victim was identified as Mary Tate, age 78, of that address. Her son, Scott Tate and his wife, Dawn Layne are visiting from California and they brought along their pitbul, "Chipolte". Ms. Layne and Mr. Tate stated that Chipolte was a rescue dog and they have had him for four years and stated that he has "nipped" people in the past but never bitten anyone. ...
