Application fee of $25.00 and flat rate fee of $150.00.

Non-Residential Site Plans and Planned Developments

All non-residential site plans and planned developments: Application fee of $25.00; base fee of $250.00 and a flat rate fee of $100.00 for each 1,000 square feet of new gross floor area.

Plan corrections:  A flat rate fee of $100.00.

Notice of Merger Applications

A $25.00 application fee and a flat rate fee of $75.00.

Residential Site Plans and Planned Developments

All residential planned developments and residential site plans:  $25.00 application fee; base fee of $250.00 and a flat rate fee of $100.00 for each new dwelling unit created.

Plan corrections: A flat rate fee of $100.00.

Subdivisions

All subdivisions, major and minor: $25.00 application fee; base fee of $250.00 plus an added fee of $100.00 for each new building lot created.

Lot Line Adjustments, corrections or endorsements:  A flat fee of $100.00.

Application fees are non-refundable.
