Adopted Master Plan Document

The City of Manchester's Master Plan Document, adopted by the Planning Board in December 2009, is now available.  This is a guide for the physical development, as well as the strategic development of a vibrant, walkable, and healthy place to live, work and play.  This Master Plan Document is the accumulation of many hours of hard work and passion vested by the Steering Committee.  You are invited to review this legal document and the issues and topics included.  Feel free to contact the staff of the Planning and Community Development Department with any questions you may have.  We are excited to have this comprehensive plan in place and look forward to seeing the potential of this City!
