Building Code
The Planning and Community Development Department enforces the 2009 editions (with amendments) of the International Building, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Energy Conservation Code, Plumbing and Residential Codes, the 2011 edition of the National Electrical Code and the International Existing Building Code with certain additions, insertions, deletions and changes.
