BASS ISLAND PARK on Second Street between West Hancock and Cleveland Street. Bass Island is a small (1.2 acre) passive recreational park located on the Piscataquog River on the West Side of Manchester. A peaceful park within a congested area of the City, the park has a vessel boat ramp, granite stones providing access to the river’s edge, and beautiful landscaping
