Jane Gile, SPHR - Director
As the Department Head, Jane is responsible for all Human Resources functions for the City and the entire Human Resources staff tasked with supporting all employment processes from recruitment through retirement.
Ronald (Red) Robidas, CPP - Security Manager
Red is responsible for the security of City and School District buildings and facilities. He works with various City Departments ensuring compliance with all federal and collective bargaining drug and alcohol testing requirements; he conducts background investigations on new hires, handles ADA compliance, manages and programs the City and School District alarm and access control systems. Red also conducts investigations of security and sexual harassment related violations.
Daniel (Dan) Chapman - HR Analyst
Dan works with all City Departments to attract and retain the most qualified employees for the City, which includes entrance and promotional testing for the Police and Fire Departments. He also is responsible for the position classification and job evaluation systems for the City, and handles the administration of Family Medical Leave ensuring compliance to all state/federal requirements of FMLA.
Dawna Rooks - Compensation Manager
Dawna manages all payroll functions for the City of Manchester, providing advice and coordination to the payroll clerks in each department.
Susan (Sue) Figg / Jane LaPerle - Benefits Coordinator
Sue and Jane job share the position of Benefits Coordinator. Together they handle all administrative functions for the City's benefit programs. Sue and Jane process all paperwork related to Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Curtis - Administrative Services Manager
Jackie handles budget management for the Human Resources Department including payroll processing, budget development and administration. She handles administration of the City's Tuition Reimbursement program and serves as a liaison for the City's non-affiliated Sick Leave Bank.
Diane Michaliszyn - Payroll Coordinator
Diane administers the weekly payroll process for the City. She works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. She works with payroll clerks from all City Departments to ensure employees are paid appropriately. Diane also processes the Worker's Compensation payments to employees who have been injured on the job.
Eileen Mulrooney - Compensation Specialist
Eileen is responsible for inputting all employee related information in the City's HR & Payroll System, such as address changes, W4 changes, direct deposit, merit and longevity increases, new hires, terminations, etc. She handles employee payroll deductions such as deferred compensation and wage assignments.
Ann-Marie Curry - Administrative Assistant
Handles the reception duties of the department by answering phone calls and greetings customers at the front desk of the HR Department. Also provides support with the administrative aspects of FMLA, recruitment and hiring and entrance/promotion testing processes.
