The Manchester Health Department Highlights Hepatitis Awareness Month
Friday, May 10, 2013 | 05/10/2013-The month of May has been designated as Hepatitis Awareness Month. Hepatitis C is a liver disease that results from infection with the hepatitis C virus.
The Manchester Health Department is providing Hepatitis C testing at no cost, during the following clinic times:
Tuesday, May 14, 2013: 3:00 pm-6:00 pm
Friday, May 24, 2013: 9:00 am-12:00 noon

ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course and Exam
Wednesday, May 08, 2013 | 05/08/12- The UNH Cooperative Extension in partnership with the Manchester Health Department will be offering the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course and Exam on 8/27/2013 at the Manchester Health Department. ServSafe® is a nationally recognized food safety certification program of the National Restaurant Association. This training provides the latest science-based information on food safety and best practices in the industry.

DHHS Warns of Potential Scam
Wednesday, October 19, 2011 | 10/18/2011 Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Family Assistance (DFA) is alerting residents about a potential scam. DHHS received reports of ads on the internet. These ads have been seen alongside legitimate articles, and claim to offer assistance to people filling out applications for Food Stamps.
