Monday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

For those applying for a marriage license, we kindly ask that you arrive between the hours are 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except on Tuesday when the hours for marriage licenses are extended until 7:00 p.m.

THE GENEALOGY ROOM OF THE MANCHESTER CITY ARCHIVES IS OPEN ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CALL 603-624-6473.

The mission of the City Clerk's Office is to keep and to preserve the official public documents and records of the City of Manchester; to conduct and preserve the integrity of elections; to provide administrative and support services to the Legislative body and to meet other regulatory requirements established by law.
