Information Request Forms
In compliance with a Resolution passed by the Board Of Mayor and Aldermen on March 21, 1989, there will be a fee charged for the following special services rendered by the Tax Collector's Office:


  • Duplicate tax receipts (per property per year requested): $ 2.00


  • If you need a receipt, you can either visit the Tax Collector's Office, or for your convenience you can download a copy of the Receipt Request Form to fill out. You can either mail in your request or bring it into the Tax Collectors Office. (Please see our Contact Us page). There will be a $2.00 fee for each property per tax year requested. This fee may be avoided if you request your receipt at the time you make or mail in your payment.



  • Research Of Tax Lien Release: $ 10.00 minimum fee plus $ 2.00 for each tax record researched


  • If you need a copy of a Lien Release you can either come in, or request one through the mail also for your convenience you can download a copy of the Tax Lien Release Information Request Form the fee is $10.00 per each property for research plus $2.00 for each receipt you are requesting. If you are requesting a copy of a Lien Release through the mail then you will need to be specific in what you need. Please indicate the property location the name on the account and which years you need copy of the Lien Release for. To find out more on receipts please see our Account Information page.

  • Bookkeeping Research: $25.00 per hour or portion of an hour


  • If you are looking for Verification Of How The Monies were Applied Against An Account you will need to fill out the Bookkeeping Research Request Form.

  • Applying for a copy of your Real Estate Final Bill.


  • When applying for the Low and Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief you will need a Copy Of Your Final Real Estate Bill for the year. There is a $2.00 charge for the copy. For your convenience just print the online form, fill it out and mail it in with a self-addressed stamped envelope and the $2.00 check or money order. Please do not send cash. You can also bring this in to the Tax Collector's Office or click the link to print the request form to obtain a copy of the final billing.

Payment of the fees for the above services must be included with your request. Please also send a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
