Applications and Regulations
Most of the regulations and applications for development can be found in this section of the Planning and Community Development Department web page. For additional descriptions of the various Boards, procedures and types of applications see the Land Use Management section.
Planning Board regulations for subdivisions and site plans are contained in the Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations. Applications for subdivisions, and site plans are available on this web site. Regulations for Planned Developments and Conditional Use Permits issued by the Planning Board are contained in the Zoning Ordinance. Application forms for these two types of applications are contained on this site.
Requirements for applications to the Zoning Board of Adjustment are contained in the Zoning Ordinance. Applications for variances, special exceptions, equitable waivers, and administrative appeals are available within the Zoning Board Applications page.
