Too often, persons with vital information about crimes fail to contact the police because they don't want to testify in court. The result of this reluctance is that many dangerous criminals who should be behind bars are still walking the streets. Manchester Crimeline offers an alternative.
WHAT TO DO!
- If you have information about a crime, call Manchester Crimeline, Inc. at 624-4040 anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Manchester Crimeline is always manned.
- Tell the Crimeline representative you have knowledge of a crime and you want a code number for identification purposes.
- Tell Manchester Crimeline what you know. Give them all the information you know about the crime and answer any questions they may have. If you find out any further information, you can call back at a later time and refer to your code number.
- If the information you provide results in the arrest and indictment of someone for the crime, call Manchester Crimeline at 624-4040 and state your code number. You can then arrange to have your cash reward dropped off at a place known only to you and the Crimeline representative.
By taking these four simple steps, you have helped solve a crime and collected a cash reward - and you remain ANONYMOUS.
