Mission StatementConsistent with the overall mission of the Manchester Health Department, the
purpose of the Division of Community Health is to promote disease prevention
and healthy lifestyles. The mission is accomplished through educational
initiatives, investigative and surveillance activities, community collaboration
and the provision of clinical, preventive and case management services.
