EPD, a Division of the Public Works Department, provides services for the collection and treatment of wastewater for Manchester and portions of Bedford, Goffstown and Londonderry. EPD functions as an enterprise and is fully supported by user fees and grants. Our mission is to strive to provide the highest quality services at the most competitive costs while maintaining all permit requirements in accordance with Federal and State requirements.
The Division, consisting of 43 full-time employees, is comprised of the following sections: New Rates in Effect On 2/6/07 the BMA authorized EPD to increase rates through 2010 to fund a major treatment plant expansion and to expand and repair sewer infrastructure.
