Zoning

When applying for a building permit a zoning review is conducted by the Zoning Inspector to determine whether or not the application meets the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. This includes, but is not limited to, proposed use of the property, structure setback requirements, driveways/parking, etc. If any of these are found to be non-compliant, a variance may be required.
