Permit applications for construction and/or occupancy are reviewed for compliance with the Building Code and Manchester Zoning Ordinance. Commercial construction projects require 2 sets of stamped plans.
Turn-around time for review is typically 1 to 2 weeks although during periods of heavy construction activity more time may be required.
