The YMCA of Downtown Manchester, located at 30 Mechanic Street, invites the community to its 5th Annual Rock the Block celebration on Saturday, June 8 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. This free, family friendly event is open to everyone in the community.
The 2019 Rock the Block will close Mechanic Street to vehicle traffic, which will allow for a safe experience for pedestrians and room for activities and vendors. Featured activities include a live DJ, games, bounce house, arts & crafts, face painting, giveaways, and more. The event will also have food and lemonade available.
Newly added this year is a corn-hole tournament. The winning team will receive a 3-month membership to the YMCA. Anyone interested in participating is required to pre-register at this link: https://bit.ly/2vNgpyj
